At Red and Golds, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality sarees. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns  
   - Only products explicitly marked as "eligible for return" on the product page are subject to our return policy.
   - To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

2. Return Process  
   - Customers must submit a return request within 7 days of delivery through our customer service email [support@redandgolds.com] or by contacting our support team.
   - Once your return request is received, our management team will review it. A return or replacement will only be processed with management's approval.

3. Return Approval  
   - After reviewing the product condition and reason for return, our team will decide whether to approve or deny the return or replacement request.
   - Management reserves the right to refuse any return or replacement at their discretion if the product does not meet our return standards (e.g., signs of use, damage not caused during transit).

4. Non-Returnable Items  
   - Products marked as "final sale" or those not mentioned as eligible for return are non-returnable and non-refundable.
   - Custom orders, items on clearance, and specially discounted items may not be eligible for returns.

5. Refund or Replacement  
   - If approved, you may choose to either:
     - Return the product for a refund (refund will be processed to the original payment method).
     - Replace the product with a new item of the same value.
   - The refund or replacement decision will also depend on product availability.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns  
   - Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the product, unless the product was damaged or defective on arrival.
